Sunbeam Breadmaker Model 5891
Has anyone else had problems with the Sunbeam bread machine?
I have a bread maker Sunbeam, and is the model number 5891. It was a cheap bread machine, and I've really never been successful in making a good loaf of bread with it. My problem is not increasing enough. I've adjusted water content, water temperature and the amount of flour. I bought fresh flour, fresh yeast, and have made more than six loaves of bread, and still rising. What my problem is? (I live at 1500 feet altitude)
I do not know what the problem may be safe, and do not know that brand well, but all I can think is time for the dough to rise (at least 1 hour). I also started making bread with a cheap machine and the results were poor until I tried the bread done on a Panasonic, so it saved all my pennies and got one, I can not recommend enough.
