Given that there have been my favorite thing for several weeks during Lent, my mind is completely focused on -. dessert And the chocolate I think I eat more chocolate at Easter than any other holiday – and perhaps all together As much as I love to cook and prepare desserts, is difficult for me not to raid my kids Easter baskets for Bliss chocolates, candy coated eggs Cadbury chocolate, and, of course, Reese's eggs. I think they're even better than the typical cup Reese.
Well, since I started writing, I am convinced it will be the lamb this year. Action Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday memories remind me that the ham and beef tenderloin made the list. Therefore, with friends John and Marsha spiced roast leg of lamb recipe hand, that's the plan. The rest is as important as the determination that the chocolate dessert! Marsha and I joked about appetizers and dessert would be perfect and the rest was only between filling time and appease the dinner guests.
Well, I think I can make a variation on that theme for Easter. All all between Easter baskets and dessert may be optional! Let me know what you're thinking. And, is that great recipe Lamb.

Spiced Leg of Lamb
2 t. Sal
1 t. Celery salt
1 / 2 t. Ginger
1 t. Paprika
1.2 t. Romero
1 t. Pepper
2 t. Marjoram
1 t. Lemon Pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 2 t. dust
2 tablespoons water
Mix spices into a paste with water. Propagation of lamb and roast at 325 degrees for 2-3 hours or until internal temperature is 145 degrees on average. I have also prepared this recipe on the grill, and it is wonderful!
