Safe Cookware Titanium
What is better and safer? Hard anodized cookware or titanium? What brand do you recommend?
Circulon is a good brand?
It depends on what you want. A pan? Anodizing will be cheaper, but I guess the Titanium series is going to be stainless steel. The steel is heavier, which means better heat distribution. But it is also more expensive. Therefore, depends on your budget. And yes, Circulon is a pretty good brand. You do not need fancy "Food Network" brand, which are too expensive for a semi-decent pan. My preference would be a titanium series stainless steel Circulon pan, 9 inches with a good lip on the edge.
