Ideas for picnic "theme potluck one?
We'll have a meal at work – the theme is "picnic." The heads are supply of meat and cheese and all other fixings and sides. Most have signed up to the potato / pasta / macaroni salad. There are some desserts open and I was thinking red / white / blue cheesecake, but with it being 110 degrees outside I'm reluctant to turn on the oven! Any suggestions? I am a manufacturer, not a buyer.
How about a nice fruit salad? Cut the melon, melon, pineapple and watermelon and put it back in the middle of the watermelon as a boat. O Mixed Berry. Or make a gelatin salad and add some fruit to make jelly or just layered with red-white-blue. Any of these keep your home cool and refreshing flavor to the picnic. Happy 4th of July!
