Features main

Planetary Rotation – In short this is a must in any stand mixer beaters because it means that twist and turn around the container to ensure a uniform mixture.

Head Tilt – This is the most suitable for home users, and takes up less space the counter. The head is lifted to allow the addition of ingredients and changing beaters. If you prefer a mixer that has the bowl lift, pick Series Kitchenaid professional.

Powerful engine – a high quality engine ensures that it does not burn while the bread dough or cookies.

Weight – When buying a blender weight is important. If you buy a mixer that is too light can migrate through your accountant when mixed. Kitchenaid Artisan mixer stand weighs 27 pounds and it is heavy enough to be strong but still light enough to move.

Mechanism Blocking – This feature blocks

tilt the head in place so you’re sure to not come back and spray everything in the dish around the kitchen. Do not laugh … well, okay, laugh a little … I had that happen once with a mixer without this feature!

Pour Shield – While the shield must make the addition of ingredients like flour in a breeze can be a bit cumbersome, especially when you’re in a confined space. I tend to leave that was ..

Versatility – Kitchenaid offers a variety of attachments from the processing of your stand mixer in many devices. It can be used as an ice cream maker, a pasta maker, a paper shredder, a food grinder and more. Most of them are easily connected through screw at the front (no tools) and use the powerful engine.

Dear Ruby, having done some research a 12″ pasta maker is very hard to find, in fact almost impossible! However, the best recommended hand cranked pasta maker is the Atlas 150. Go to the page you visited before and scroll down to the Atlas information. Click on the picture if you want further details – currently on offer with a saving of $26.00. Hope that helps. Editor.
