Pasta maker tips / tricks / recipes?

My husband bought me a pasta machine (roll?) In a flea market for $ 5 and I hoping someone has tips / tricks for using it. I had the book, of course, but I found some articles on making and rolling mass, but I want the advice of a "real" person. Therefore, anyone have any suggestions? Pasta recipes and / or stuffed ravioli and things? Thanks!

Hi, I love making pasta and having a Imperia Pasta Maker. I found your website and the recipes I use: # http://www.fantes.com/imperia.html mass. You will find The pasta cooks much faster than even the store bought ready-made kind and knows best. Luckily we were going to get for $ 5.00. They are usually around $ 75.00. One thing I can do to keep the dough from sticking to the rollers is flour dough slightly before making the initial rolling and use more flour if it sticks. The time it takes to dry depends on the humidity in your kitchen. I tend to use while still wet. You can use all your favorite recipes. Sometimes I just put a little oil olive fresh cooked pasta and cook a few mushrooms in a little oil or butter with garlic and served with a salad. I have not made ravioli but you must try. Have fun!
