Organic Bread Maker Mix
Celiac sick husband Pamela wheat and gluten-free bread mix – why?
What in the world could make you sick of it? Ingredients than they are different from GF food that does not react to are: sorghum flour, tapioca flour (tapioca starch does not mind), organic sugar cane evaporated, chicory root, Millito flour, molasses, rice bran, sea salt, Xanthium gum, active dry yeast and can not, for the life of me figure out What is this bread GF makes him sick when other GF products feel perfectly fine with him. I do it in a bread machine dedicated GF who has never seen gluten. We have no gluten in the house, so cross contamination (CC) is not possible. Help is greatly appreciated. The chicory root can be the problem. I have celiac disease react strongly to me millet flour. It's pretty rare to react millet, but it happens. Good luck finding the problem ingredient. I would like to try another bread mixture. Namaste has some good products available.
