Nonstick Cookware Surfaces
Recommendations for cookware?
Does anyone have any recommendations for cookware? It seems that I bought every loaf has begun to show significant wear and loss of the nonstick surface within one year of purchase. I know better than to use tools metal in these areas, or put them in the dishwasher, so it is not the problem with the wear of the pans. The latest I bought is Bialetti, who were in the range of $ 50, if I remember correctly. The Calphalon previously, so it's not a question of price point. Does cookware only have one life Short? Do not use a glossy, whiskey, SOS, or any other type of abrasive. Looking for someone to tell me they have a large pan that has been used for several years and still nonstick surface is intact.

I personally do not like Calphalon or any other brand large for two reasons. 1. The materials and processes used are no different from a mold of a lower price. 2. Becuse materials are no different there should be no difference in cost. Calphalons are too heavy. The pots that I will spend a good amount of money is in stainless steel.
