Morphy Richards Breadmaker Recipes
Vegan bread with a breadmaker?
I just got a breadmaker, a Morphy Richards. All the recipes in the book that comes with it involving milk powder. Anyone know any recipes milk free? The simpler the better. What if I just use flour, water and yeast?
For use basic white bread 225 ml (8 oz) of warm (45 C) 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon (1.4 ounce) quick yeast 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 400 g (14 ounces) bread flour 1 teaspoon salt 1. Place water, sugar and yeast in bread machine pan. Let yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes. Add oil, flour and salt to yeast. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and press Start.
