Most "Not knowing how to evaluate a knife"

I am simply amazed at what people consider quality. If you look at most of these evaluations based quality of these knives if they are rusty. Even called cheap because oxidized.

Friends, these are forged from 420 steel knives. You can only go one step further in quality and maintain the same hardness without using exotic metal processes. covered quality is generally low grade and 409 and 430.

That's how it works. The sharpest knife is made of high carbon steel. High carbon steel the most difficult and therefore maintains its edge longer. The more carbon in the steel will oxidize more. Something with a lot of carbon is a metal file workshop … the type of file used to sharpen garden tools. Let the rain and you'll have more rust than you ever imagined.
