Why buy a KitchenAid pasta ROLL / CUT? Pasta Maker? The difference?
I have a KitchenAid food grinder. I want to get the plates pasta maker who adhere to it. What is the difference between the pasta maker and pasta roller / cutter? Except the roller / cutter is much more expensive. If you have these, please share your thoughts and experiences. The KA website videos do not work and do not explain these elements. Do I need both — the manufacturer and roll or what?
