Kitchenaid Pasta Maker Mixer

What should I do first with my new KitchenAid mixer?
I'm getting a Kitchenaid this week for an early Christmas gift. 600 is the model professional and it comes with a pasta maker. I have to do something I could not do without a mixer! Give me some good ideas:] Thanks!
So I use to mix anything you want, but start with some egg whites in meringue or whipped cream on top with the whip and just fall in love with her. Ah, and add a bit of whiskey to the whipping cream, the cakes delicious.
