Kitchenaid Ice Cream Maker Attachment
Is the Kitchenaid Ice Cream Freezer attachment any good? Is the mixer strong enough?
I want to buy an ice cream maker / freezer. I have a mixer KitchenAid, but I wonder if the engine is hot or not spent in the freezing cycle time? Anyone have any experience with this?
I just bought this extra six months ago and it's great! I made ice cream, sorbet, and even ice margarita (similar to ice cream), my machine goes through the steps as does the pasta, ground beef, and even use it to make the dough. The Kitchenaid mixer is the best home and my first lasted 20 years – this is my second and I'm sure it will last as long. Good luck!
