I do not think cooking or reheating in the microwave is healthy. I have read very few studies microwave cooking, and noted that Russia banned the use of microwave ovens in 1970 because their studies showed that the processed food in the microwave in any way, defrost, reheat or cook, make food molecules to be carcinogenic.
