Ice Cream Maker Vanilla Recipe
Does anyone have a recipe for vanilla ice cream without using an ice cream maker?
I just want a simple recipe, I've been looking for online, and almost every single need a ice cream maker to do so. Thank you very much! :]
You can make ice cream in a Ziploc bag! This is usually done in smaller amounts (one service) .. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 / 2 cup milk or cream and milk, 1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla Do: Take a small ziploc (sandwich or quart size) and pour all the ingredients in. Make sure your seal! Take the bag of ice and stir in a ziploc a gallon. Fill halfway with ice and pour a small amount of salt on the ice. I tend to double wrap the ice as it has a tendency to leak. Also wrapped in a hand towel to keep warm. Stir until a desired texture of ice cream. If you are trying to make large quantities can also make ice cream in coffee cans empty and my friend who is an Eagle Scout makes the ice cream in a Dutch oven.
