Action Thanksgiving pairings
When planning to pair wine with Thanksgiving dinner, it is important to note that this food has many complex flavors that make pairing a challenge.
For a soup course, I prefer a Gewurztraminer or Viognier white wine as well with cream soups exotic and tasty. With the main dish of turkey, a supporter of Pinot Noir (the wine industry current connection is recommended).
Fruity Pinot Noir, low levels of tannins and earthy notes and a pair with turkey and classic flavors of savory stuffing recipes.
