Ok, so he brought one of the frozen container Cuisinart ice cream and ice cream composed and lit. 20 minutes is nothing, nothing 40 minutes. Just do not freeze. It's like milky thick porridge. Is there a trick to these machines that arnt in the manual? Did I do something wrong? I really hope it has not just waste $ 50 in the trash …
You started …. take it back and change it. My brother has one exactly like it does and its 'soft serve' ice cream in about 25 minutes.
