Ice Cream Maker Krups
Ice issue of ice machine with cream experience?
I just started making ice cream with an ice cream machine Krups. I put the cup in the freezer permanently by what can only be done when I do a bit of ice cream. But I have noticed that when you start to beat and freeze in use, ice cream sticks to the sides and creates a "skin." In fact, tends to be thicker the more you have it. Is this because it is too cold? I tried in all different kinds of ice cream and that seems to happen with the thicker, like pudding or chocolate varieties. The container is cold (my freezer is too cold)? Why is doing this?
When I save my plate in the freezer, I keep it upside down so it can not collect ice thaw cycles. When you make your ice cream, make sure the machine is running when you pour in the cream. The finished ice cream will be a smooth and serve when done beating, then goes into the freezer to harden. Whenever I move to a cool box (put in the freezer before beginning.)
