Enjoy! HOME Vanilla ice cream 2 quarts. half & half 6 eggs 6 c. 1 c. sugar Some of flour vanilla ice cream maker Some milk 2 (10 pounds) crushed ice blocks 1 part rock salt and table sugar Mix flour with very good hands. Put in blender on medium power. Add eggs. Then slowly pour half of half and half at a time. Mix about 2 minutes. Add 5 caps of vanilla extract or flavor desired. Pour into ice cream freezer and top with milk. Add the lid and paddle to beat. Carefully, put in barrels of ice cream and push the engine, turn on the motor and add ice around the sides then use rock salt to freeze the ice. NOTE: Read the instructions on ice cream maker before use.
