New ice cream machine … healthy recipes? So … I just got a manufacturer ice cream and I am very excited to make my own frozen treats! I would use it to make desserts and snacks. If you know of a low-fat ice cream nonfat frozen yogurt, ice cream, etc recipes that are delicious too, that would be fantastic. Thanks!
I recently received an ice cream maker too. The first thing we did, strawberry sorbet was very good. It made two quarts, and consisted of: cups fresh / frozen strawberries, thawed 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 cup water 1 tablespoon lemon juice. juice of 4 had to combine sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves. Let the mixture cool, but the heat and let cool to room temperature. Remove While waiting, mashed strawberries (Put them in a blender and pulse until it is settled, but still mushy), and then combined in its ice cream factory for 40 minutes. It is a healthy recipe, and as expected, the taste is not as strong as the least healthy, but it was very good! Good luck with your ice cream maker!
