Delicious … however, so simple
I purchased this ice cream maker 2 weeks ago and finally used it yesterday. This was the best ice cream I've ever had! I used a recipe the right of education which includes cookbook / strawberry ice cream. My family loved it. I had bought some fresh strawberries only to eat and decided to ice cream with them on a whim. I can not wait to do more. I've never written a review about a product before, but was forced to do so after tasting the ice cream. Never I made homemade ice cream before this. I was so glad I did this alone and everything was perfect the first time. The instructions were easy to understand and ice cream factory was very easy to use. As many critics mentioned above, the ice will be a little softer than those bought at the store at first, but only sticking in the freezer until desired consistency. It is still delicious and ready to eat right after mixing. I had to wait 2 hours for strawberries to "mash" but I found just a quick commanded until then. I also washed the cup and put it in the freezer immediately after purchase so that would be willing to use whenever she was ready. I must admit that the price you pay for the ingredients do not always cheaper than if you bought ice cream for sale but look at all the preservatives additional gum is obtained at the store bought compared with fresh ingredients to add. In addition, the taste does not compare. I bought this at a price really good, that helps too. I think I'll go do coke slushies with children.

Wow, I saw that this had was released and I always thought it was funny to make ice cream. I had gotten before. The one I had was like the White Mountain F9206-X. It was a pin to use. There to get an ice pack, then had to rock salt. Only place we had, so someone had to drive to get it. So it never worked. This, however, worked very well.
The Cuisinart 1-1/2 – Quart Automatic Ice Cream Maker, took all the previous problems had ice cream maker. You do not have to worry about getting the salt and ice. You just put in the freezer the day before, get an ice cream recipe, get the ingredients and put them together. My mom and I have a recipe online. Then mix it like the instructions said, and after 25 minutes when I looked in the spinning, I felt like a child seeing the Christmas tree. We had a bowl of cream of great vanilla ice cream. He knew better than the store-bought kind. A little ice cream the bowl seemed to melt quickly at first. Then, after a few days does not seem to have that problem.
You can make more ice cream with the thing. You can make frozen yogurt and sorbet! If you watch what you eat like me, do not worry, there are plenty of recipes for low fat ice creams too. This is a great gift for yourself or anyone who likes ice cream. You need not be an expert or have any skill at all in the kitchen. I'll get one for my grandmother for Christmas. Get it while the sale and share the goodness with your friends and family!

You can never buy ice cream
I bought this ice cream maker, and my grandchildren came to visit and I thought it would be fun for them. The first day I did the "real" stuff with the cream. Delicious, but very rich. The next day, use skim milk and whole milk. Very tasty but not creamy. The third day I made peach ice cream recipe I found on the Internet. It uses canned peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and only half cup cream. I half and half. I added a spoonful of peach schnapps. Yummy! And tonight I met some very nice lemons at the store and decided to try to make key lime pie ice cream. I used the method of cream, half and half cook the egg yolks. Amazing! My husband is in heaven. I have only to give some of it so it will not fatten my new toy. LOL I bought this for my grandchildren, but I love it. It's so easy! I do not think I'll make flan recipes too frequency. Tastes others without the egg yolks and the part of "cooking."

OMG! I just made the most delicious chocolate ice cream I have ever tasted! I never had tried the cream or homemade ice until today (I'm an adult!). It was so easy I do not believe that "ll never buy ice cream! 25 minutes on the machine and soft ice cream. It is covered in the freezer and hopefully not too difficult to remove a portion in a couple of hours. I bought the ice cream maker in my grandson when he visits next month and really thought I would make at least a couple of batches before they got it right – I never thought the first game would be so delicious! It is thick and creamy and tastes awesome! I used the recipe that comes with the machine (instead of one of the cookbooks I bought ice cream) and was surprised that was very good. I will be using this machine a lot to make different flavors of ice cream, sorbets and drinks. The recipe says to heat chocolate milk and mix in the chocolate mixture and allow to cool before placing in the machine. The steel container refrigerated overnight so everything was very cold, then pour everything in the machine and 25 minutes later it was done. I recommend the Cuisinart ice cream maker for anyone who wants better than store-bought ice cream!

Better than other brands we've tried and great non-dairy ice cream too!
This is our second Cuisinart ice cream maker. We have lost a part of our first time during a move, tried to marks a surrogate pair, and ended up buying another Cuisinart and other brands did not work so well for us.
It was found that the glass on this brand seems to freeze stronger, making it thicker ice despite the ambient room temperature. Others use super soft serve hardly affect on days hot, while the east is a super soft and thick to serve.
Also, it just seems to be stronger and the engine is not as strong as others who had tried (but not soft whisper by any means)
In addition, we have no milk, so have to make animal cream ice milk. We engineered reverse coconut ice cream coconut bliss (coconut milk base) and is incredibly good! All we have done for so loved – even Die Hard "real" ice cream fans!

Note: This recipe is sized to work in this specific home ice maker Cuisinart Snow and makes about a liter and a half or so …
large and one small can of coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
agave 3 1 / 2 tablespoons, and 9 drops of stevia (to reduce the sugar in general)
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (we use raw, organic)
1 / 4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 / 2 teaspoon hazelnut or almond extract (make the overall flavor richer and more complete)
Optional – 2 tablespoons of yogurt or kefir (we use kefir coconut milk – gives an added richness)
Stir everything in a bowl until well blended, add ice cream maker bowl, turn and proceed usual. YUM! (No cooking ingredients creepy!)

Use your favorite soda to large hail. No free diet however. Does not work. Needs sugar to keep it loose. My kids love it! You can even use flavored lemonade with sugar or frozen adult Marguerite. We love our ice cream!
