Hello! You just buy an ice cream maker for the summer, and were planning on making chocolate ice cream 
My dad came home with some of the ingredients .. including baker's chocolate. He said he would work the same, but all the recipes I looked at, ask cocoa powder. So .. "I can melt the chocolate in the bread? or should I send my father back to the store to buy cocoa powder? LOL. If possible, use BC do you guys recommend techniques or recipes? Thanks guys! ~ Emily.
