Le Creuset French Oven: How I can burn hot cap in a way that is vertical?
I have a French Oven (iron enamel cookware Le Creuset cooking pot covered with lid). It works great, I use it to cook in an oven. After removing the cookware from the oven, put the lid burning hot in two round silicone trivets are side by side (the top is wider than the diameter of each mat) to serve the food. Is there some kind of product that could be the hot cap, vertically, without scratching the enamel on the lid? It would be nice not having to have so much space in the fight against this small kitchen. I do not want to put the lid on the stove, for reasons of safety and convenience. . I'm very excited about cooking in general, but Le Creuset makes a job so good that now I feel more enthusiastic about cooking than I would have expected. My French Oven fast food at low temperatures. I am very impressed!
Maybe there's some kind of heavy napkin holder to hold it in place (or two of them?) O mazagine holder / Rack? Would be of a material that does not burn or melt, as it could be marble or stone or something …
