Which is better stainless steel or anodized cookware?
I am an amateur chef, who likes to cook homemade meals every time resistant I have a chance. I've been doing some research on the different types and brands of cookware and see who can get a little expensive. I have no money Cuba to spend, so the price is a big concern for me. One day he happened to have ran through Emerilware by All-Clad on HSN (I love Emeril and the use of seeing their live show when I was on the Food Network). I see both Emerilware hard anodized steel and stainless steel w / copper base aluminum 10 types of parts have same price (which happens to be in my price range), which I thought was unknown in the kitchenware market. So I was wondering, what do you think would a better fit for this type of amateur cook like me who likes to cook homemade meals resistant (by the way, I use an electric oven), why and what their different benefits (other than the hard anodized be resistant to scratches)?
Personally I prefer anodized pans because they do not stick the same way steel steel and are easy to clean. I have used for several years and nothing has else.I use stainless steel used in the past, but the food sticks to them and they are harder to clean.
