I bought this coffee machine here at the recommendation of the contributions. I was a bit "confused" that was by far one of the vehicles now use very effectively in Amazon, but has the good reviews. Now I understand why. The machine is really amazing! for coffee, I stopped almost completely.
Controls: a simple and direct communication. The item / s "Warming is different from the views expressed rapid warming, which I found difficult at first. Different, but require heat and pressure, so I learned very grateful for this feature.
Pray which are not sold on this computer at home, do not buy. What was the lowest response Senseo Felipe had given me. Senseo for my first break and the second, rather Amazon, which is almost explodes. Please read on for the safety of your family.

I liked the coffee. The tires are a problem, with a beautiful woman in the U.S., who was always very helpful and kind to jump.
Unfortunately, companies are apparently was sold, the units are manufactured in China, and the customer "service" is not available.
The warranty is useless because no one could get to a phone or Internet. My phone call to their call centers in Germany fell by about 8 different options with voice mail.
