I had the coffee Those responsible for the Cuisinart DCC-1000 mark for about a week. I was reluctant to spend so much on a coffee machine, but I am pleased to report that it is easily worthwhile. Sure, you can get other brands of coffee for under $ 25 if the economy is the most significant feature, but I've had these machines and it took me a decision on this occasion, a good coffee was more important to me. This coffee machine makes the best coffee I've had in a long time and better most coffee I've had in restaurants.

Cuisinart coffee makers java tastes great! I suspect that the charcoal filter water causes it. I also like the "shower" water jet design. The water basically extends to a track on the underside of the lid and dotted by the coffee grounds as a rain shower.

It's a docking station, but it is also a serious coffee machine. This unit is not a toy. Carafe have a good solid feel and balance. It is not the lightweight plastic shit that cracks and discolors simply cheaper coffee makers.

Like the 5 beeps when the coffee is ready. I could hear the beeps. I like the permanent gold tone filter too. I always thought paper filters were a disaster. However, you can use a paper filter in the coffee machine if necessary.

Most Cuisinart coffee have an indicator light for cleaning – meaning that it is "self-cleaning", but is really just a light that tells you when you pour in a pot with water and vinegar and run through descale the unit. (I did not think to do that with my other units. Probable another excuse my coffee was not as good as I wanted it to be.)

The hot plate setup is pretty good too. And the sleep function is great. Comes with a way to rearrange the pieces too.

But I do not really matter because I think they are the reason the coffee tastes so smooth, and are really easy to modify and low cost.

Just pour some care.
