I feel like I'm back on the streets of Paris every time I connect to my beautiful Cuisinart Panini and Sandwich Press. This press makes the best cheese sandwich barbecue you ever ate, I guarantee. I love how you can stick a whole sandwich roll or piece of bread, French bread with sandwich ingredients into it and crush in a hot and delicious piece of cheese oozong goodness. Or you can use regular bread and toasted club sandwiches or grilled cheese.

This man is hung on the cabinet and is easy to remove, just plug and wait for the green light comes on. You can have a quick dinner in French immersion ready in 5 minutes the whole world love is also perfect for grilled cheese and tomato soup at night, or just want to make some garlic bread to go with your spaghetti without heating the entire oven? It's really easy to clean, although I have not tried grilling meat or anything beyond sandwiches and bread. Clear sticky cheese easily and the whole thing cleaned up quickly with a damp cloth.

Normally I am not of those who go crazy with kitchen equipment, but I am compelled to sing the praises of this little wonder. This is sad, but my wife and I eat cheese sandwiches grilled a couple of nights a week because we love them so much. It's kind of Our dirty little secret. This little miracle has opened a whole new universe of possibilities. Our old style maker Salton grilled cheese would be unchanged push the upper part of the rest of the sandwich bread due to the operation of the hinge, and forget to put something there other than bread and a couple slices of cheese, because I could not handle thickness. Anything you can put between two piecs of bread is becoming these days panini. This probably take five years off my life because I have doubled my weekly consumption of cheese, but it's worth.

I started out using the Griddler for meat and sandwiches, but now I use it almost every day to heat the beans or mashed potatoes for frying the eggs, even for a quick carmelizing of small amounts of sauces. It seems I find a new way to use the thing about once a week. I've had it for six months and is well used.

The only thing I like about it is that it make sure that leans slightly forward. The plates are very shallow and juice and liquid eggs tend to run along the edge, if you're not there to control. When the liquid run back over the border tend to accumulate on the plate where they are burned for heating elements – and it's hard facing clean.

Stainless steel is difficult to clean. The outside is very hot and tends to burn on any oil makes its way to the front edge the Griddler. It's hard to leave without using strong cleaning products to scratch the surface.

But as an everyday device that suits my style bachleor life very well and the design is typically Cuisinart: industrial polishing. Despite its flaws frustarting dman I love it – a kind of Waya paraent love a careless teenager.
