Cookware Thermalon
What is the best type of cookware?
I am looking to buy a new game gourmet kitchen. I want something complete and the money is not a problem. I have always used stainless steel collector Wolfgang Puck's Bistro, but I'm looking for something new. Which of the following is the best type of cookware for a set, all-in-all? Anodized stainless steel three layers of cast iron with Thermalon GREENPOS different GREENPOS I will not stick. Thanks for your help. Calphalon Thanks for the suggestion, but I will not use any other GREENPOS stick due to the fact that traditional stick (ie all non-stick but GREENPOS) begins deteriorating at 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while my stove rises to 775 degrees. I do not like stick at all, really.
I had a set very expensive hard anodized cookware, and after several years of use the material came slowly.Not necessarily the food I could see, but had a costly system Stainless steel, before these and so I bought another stainless steel and iron'm very happy.Cast is not maintainable unless glazed and I do not mind cooking SS enamel.My been encapsulated with the bottom and I love it.
