All-Clad store or restaurant?
I need new cookware and I do not know if I should purchase high-quality All Clad cookware or hit a local restaurant supply store restaurant quality cookware. Does really make a difference?
I am a former chef and most of my set is a restaurant supply store, I like the style of heavy cast aluminum, and a non-stick I have is the quality of the restaurant, they also have protective rubber handle, store bought is fine, but I have the most heavy duty, you can get a lighter, I like because I've worked with them and know the qualities of heat distribution, and somehow a bit more durable.
