Kitchenware stainless steel-Can burn easily?
I'm considering buying a set of stainless steel kitchen 10PC. Here is the description This set is constructed of stainless steel with a triple bottom capping layer, tempered glass lids, bakelite handles, and the standard meter. The triple layer consists two stainless steel plates with a thick aluminum base to conduct heat. Thus, with a thick aluminum base will be better in terms of not burn easily. This is I've heard of cooking utensils made of stainless steel. It is also easy to clean stainless steel. Thanks & Regards Yasmin
Aluminum is used as a good driver "to transfer the heat." Some stainless copper pots are below them. An all copper plate that receives the hottest with the least amount applied power, but acidic foods react and turn black. So anyway, stainless steel is great because it does not rust or react convert food black. I think that the reactions occur with the use of aluminum as well, but it's good for a background, but not as good as copper. As for how hot it gets any vessel is determined by the amount of flame or electricity that apply. Adjust flame. As for cleaning stainless steel is the best! Steel is a requirement for food "places." Because it is easy to clean.
