Corningware and Pyrex (glass) can be bought very cheap at Walmart, Target … almost anywhere that way. Do not spend your hard earned money on a name (RR) … it does a better product …. you are paying for the name. I have a set of anodized pans / Pans (calpholon) love of the pots, pans hate … Only them and for frying and baking. To fry an egg or an omelet is out of the question. The pans I use most are a set of three non-stick (membersmark) Sam's Club. I have a large Dutch oven ceramic (also membersmark I think) Sam's (6 quarts) I use for everything from roast chicken with beef stew and chili. It's tough going from stove top oven and stove back to top and always beautifully clean.
