Cookware Going Green
I need help with decisions kitchen please!?
I'm looking for new cookware. Pots and pans. I thought about going with the new green stuff Pan not have the Teflon can cause cancer, but the reviews in which seem to be so big. I need something to wash in the dishwasher, clean quite easily, cooks well, has a pretty decent life to it, and often potentially make my family sick. Also, do not want to spend thousands of dollars on it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Well <I am an avid cook, and I have two and a half games basically, I have a complete set of Bessemer, who is now 20 years old and would not be part of it. A set of teflon new name begins with "T" and real name escapes me, then I have some strange pots stainless steel, to sear and put in the oven, and as small and medium pot, also some cast iron skillet and a large skillet, ideal for meat, and three sizes of Dutch ovens. I have my team now has a kitchen making professional chefs, you pay a bit more since last a long time with care. To a good complete set, your looking to pay between $ 350.00 and $ 500.00. Well worth the money. Chris
