What type of cookware is best for use in a glass ceramic cooktop?
I recently bought an electric ceramic cooktop KitchenAid and the need to buy new kitchen utensils to prevent scratching.
Soft, round-bottom pots and pans. You should not scratch the surface. Do not allow a knife to the surface so hard to reach places. Place a warm towel, soap and humid along the hard to clean areas. Probably could use an SOS pad, too. Keep it clean and final.
