Stainless steel not as steel?

so my parents gave me cookware stainless steel for Christmas and the first time I used him i. cooked chicken that stuck to the pan and where the oil splashed cooked it and made it black and dark brown. and the background too. Do not cook with it because I I do not want to burn on, but I do not know how to clean it. How I can cook without burning anything apart from a low flame and how on earth do I can get stains. I've tried almost everything too! thanks.

I also do not like stainless steel because it is so difficult to keep clean. Bar Keeper Friend indeed becomes your friend when he stainless steel kitchen. Will eliminate the burning of food, remove the dark brown spots and keep it looking new, however. And, does not nullify the warranty on most cookware. You only need elbow grease to do it every time you use it. I found it necessary to use more olive oil than you think necessary, a lower flame than most recipes require lots of patience if you plan to use it daily.
