The House & Gift Design Award: victory for Sorgente
The eyewear line created by Bormioli Rocco conquers the jury in the exposure of Sau Paulo dedicated to international and domestic gift items.
Bormioli Rocco wins in Brazil: Sorgente, its line of glass has won the design award in the category of household appliances in the House & Gift Fair.
The award ceremony took place in the Sao Paulo Museum of Modern Art, in the presence the Italian consul and vice consul and several representatives of the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade and the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Italian style and glass art combine Sorgente line of glasses, whose design won applause from the jury creativity.
The slightly irregular shapes evoke natural forms, which expresses both the strength and nobility. Curved lines convey the idea of freshness and purity symbolized by spring water. Transparency is so total that it feels like the conclusion a piece of rock crystal in his hand.
Sorgente Glass is practical and functional, designed for both home and professional use. In other versions of transparent and blue, the new multi Sorgente also offers a variety of orange, green, blue and purple. The line is complete with ice cream bowls and a jug.
This award provides additional confirmation that the passion for design, innovation in form, and materials research are three recurring features in all company products.
