Customer Review:
It "was a gift from my mother in law. We are happy to replace the coffee, but thought I would try. Regular coffee flavored with K-cup is rather weak. Bold, brave and additional cups are excellent. I bought two "My K-cup for the second time two filters additional filter baskets. I can buy coffee (ground), and fill the four baskets (when my husband comes home). Then it's as simple as sharing a stand filter basket, all you throw or compost and coffee.
My husband and I regularly buy disposable K-cups at Costco (80 cups for $ 33) will available for emergencies and the public. Sometimes trying new flavors of Bed Bath and Beyond (selection of the best retailers in our area). When comparing the cost is approx. 40 to 50 cents if you have a K-cups, and about 20 cents when you buy a cup of coffee to grocery shop class.
Do not stay next to your taste, Caprese correction and beer, but maybe I will, my next party.
In short, it is easy to use, a good coffee. pre-packaged coffee is very expensive, but reusable filter makes the cost comparable to other machines.
With another – a pond can be a little 'Bigger and easier to handle. If I had arthritis could not fill and replace.
In general, I like coffee. It was only a little research to make profitable.

Love, but can not afford to pre-packaged K-cups
This was a gift from my mother in law. We love the machine it replaces, but we we would give it a try. Regular and Flavored K-cups to make a cup of coffee rather weak. The cups bold bold, and extra are great. I bought 2 "My K-cups "reusable filters and two extra filter baskets. I can buy my own coffee (ground) and fill the 4 baskets at a time (when my husband comes home). Then is as easy as the exchange of the filter basket support, the only thing to pull or compost the coffee grounds.
My husband and I regularly buy the single use of K-cups at Costco (80 cups for $ 33) to have on hand in case of emergency and business. Sometimes we try new flavors Bed Bath and Beyond (best retail selection our area). The cost comparison is approx. 40 to 50 cents per cup, if using the single K-cups and about 20 cents per cup, if you buy high-end coffee of land in the grocery store.
I have not run a side by side comparison Capresso comfortable with my routine and beer, but maybe I will in my next party.
Bottom line, it is easy to use, good coffee maker. Prepackaged coffee is expensive, but reusable filters costs more comparable to other manufacturers coffee.
Another con – the water tank could be a little larger and easier to handle. If I had arthritis that would not be able to fill and replace it.
Overall, I love coffee. It just took some research to make it profitable.
A comparison of first-hand Keurig B40 and B60, as well as Bosch Tassimo 1 cup
I was able to compare all aspects of the following coffee makers:
The Keurig B40 Elite Gourmet (my parents have it)
The Keurig Platinum B70 Single Cup (who owned and loved until she recently died)
The Bosch Tassimo titanium (we've been using for the last month, ordered on Amazon)
Therefore, it always valuable research myself before of any major purchase, I thought I'd share my own personal observations and results should be no comparing the two brands. Although I prefer my Tassimo today, there are aspects of other coffee makers and I also like that you personally might prefer the one I chose, so I thought, instead of just say what I like, I'll pass along a comparison of first-hand that my be helpful to other buyers so they could decide what they like … as a major buyer of myself on Amazon, I thought my own can save time compared to others.
Size:
KB40 (Keurig B40) 10×13 1/2×13
KB70 (Keurig B70) 10 3/4x14x13
TT (titanium Bosch Tassimo) 8x11x13
Speed:
This was one of my features important, but it can be yours. The Bosch Tassimo was the only one who has a "stand by" the system so that the machine goes into standby mode after use, using less electricity but ready to use instantly without heating (I instantly refer to 4 seconds.) The Keurig does not have stand-by so you need a time of 4 minutes heating, but after that it is the same amount of time.
KB40: 4 min warm up time for the first cup
KB70 4 min warm-up time the first cup (but see the notes below about programming "in" if you wake up at the same time each day)
TT: Due to a "stand-by the system not have to turn the coffee and heat in water again, because it has a flow through water heater to accelerate the development of beer instead heat the resulting repository of all brewing in 4 seconds for the first cup. However, if you choose to turn off your coffee or never use the stand-by system for some reason the heating time is approximately one minute.
Water tank size:
KB40: 48 oz
KB70: 60 oz
TT: 67 oz
Warranty:
Every year one
Water Metering:
In the Keurig you will get the same amount of water per drink, depending on configuration they have to enter manually. The Tassimo is a bar code on all disks that the machine T is read and automatically adjusts water and temperature required to drink. For example, a smaller disk automatically T grim water so the drinks are not diluted. However, if you prefer a weaker cup, you can hold down the button to add more in each preparation. Which leads me to try …
I've always found my Keurig be on the weak side unless it was brewing up a 5.25 oz. I do not think this is true for my T-discs, even in large cups of coffee. By the way, the Starbucks brand and makes a very large cup full-bodied, if desired.
Types of beverages:
All offer cocoas, coffees, teas, coffees, cappuccino, espresso Keurig I actually have more options here time the Tossimo.
Sound:
KB40 very strong and vibrant
KB70 less strong, still vibrates
TT: very quiet, no vibration
Other notes:
The KB70 allows you to change the temperature of your coffee, but do not have a stand-by mode to prepare the moment, which is programmable on / off, for that may have to start at a certain time every day, which is almost as good. This did not work for me because I might want to have a coffee at 6 am, but if I want a tea at 4 pm I would have to wait 4 minutes to warm up with the Keurig, but then in the Bosch, as it can remain on alert at all times, off, but not out and ready for instant delivery. The KB70 has a digital clock on it and the Tassimo no. The Tassimo shows less drops of coffee on the basis of the Keurig if someone grabs your cup too soon in a hurry. The Tassimo MAVE comes with 2 water filters. Although optional, the filtered water is taken coffee flavor up a notch … even the company Starbucks insists its machines (including corporate headquarters) that has a filter due to the change of taste. So I use … simply plugs into the water tank so it is easy to use or not. The Tassimo has a glass floor light that is activated when not in use for 5 minutes. The cappuccinos and lattes are better waaaaay better The Tassimo because they have really makes real milk foam instead of dehydration as Keurig, but regular coffee is very good in both … I like a bold cup though so I prefer not to use the Tassimo more water in relation to coffee … do not know how diluted, even in really light blends, the flavor note in my opinion.
Also note: The T-discs take up less space. If you keep a dispenser against him that may have a lot of shirts disks in them without filling the tank often because they are round rather than flat and high.
Conclusion: I like my parents Keurig B40 that made me buy my Keurig B70 which I really liked until I used to death and I decided to try the titanium Tassimo. Though each has aspects that are very good, I love my Tassimo more … However, if some things that were important to me are not that important to you, I think anyone would be happy with the Keurigs also a regular brewery.
Here are some comparisons with regular coffee instead of a cup:
The coffee flavor is divided into three things: light, heat and air. Each time you open a bag of coffee to measure and fill a regular coffee maker, you analyze the taste for this reason. In addition, a regular brewery is cheaper but more waste. We always dumped coffee grounds. Now just what we drink beer. Moreover, as the pot sits, which is also exposed to the elements above it is old. With any of the Keurig or Tassimo Bosch, always get a cup.
If you have guests, it's great because you can have various types of coffees and teas and each person can push a button and make their own. You do not have to stop their fun at a dinner to keep wondering if filling coffee anyone need any parts, or stopping to make a few pots in the desert … I have this at the end of the counter and no time to wait … anyone can be supplied without instructions and no mess, no measuring spoons of coffee, no coffee container on the counter, without coffee in the trash or debris, or spilling onto the floor. Just take the T-disc and throw it in the recycle bin. At least I can do that in Austin … may be in the trash in other areas that would be negative for extra waste discs Keurig or cups.
