Now, like everything else, with the convenience comes a price increase. The pods tend to be real expensive than a bag of ground beans. When deciding on which type is best for you, you have to consider several things: size of the machine, options and security features. If you have a smaller kitchen or limited space – a compact machine, obviously, will be the best unit for you. You may lean heavily to a manufacturer of coffee pod, but remember this – you have to buy the pods and depending on the brand, may be limited in which types of machine can use. Finally, the security features are important to any home, but especially those with young children. Look for a unit that has an automatic shutoff switch. The last thing we want is a machine that will continue to warm for hours at a time, small fingers may be tempted to touch and burns are not fun!
