The wonder cookware, Teflon, has been banished from kitchens around the world for its suspected carcinogenic properties. Now the dangerous side of Teflon has been found, consumers are looking for other alternative cookware. India has always had a tradition of safe cooking utensils that were not only harmless, but also imparts flavor and aroma food cooked in them.

First time cooking in a nonstick pan without any oil or liberal sprinkling ghee is an experience for any cook. nonstick cookware promises easy cleaning and fat-free, but the safety of Teflon cookware has come into serious question.
