How to maintain a drip coffee maker commercial?
We have a Bunn coffeemaker that has a "two pot" water tank so when you add the water is not an instant process of brewing, because hot water is inside. This week I noticed that the flow was literally, to a trickle, now it takes three times as long to brew a cup of coffee. How I can get better flow? All I see is the method of vinegar, but I fear that, with the tank, I'll never be able to get all the vinegar rinse. I've heard the term "calcium release." Is there any particular procedure or product for this?
I completed the vinegar method. It worked for me. There had been the taste or anything. The so-cal is on duct cleaning outlet where the water leaves the coffee grounds. What is unscrew the sprayer and can be cleaned under there, but you have to empty the first pot.
