Breadmaker Types
help to make bread?
Hi just bought a breadmaker and I love it and the results it produces only lol doesn't husband, says the bread is chewy texture that has a bun type, does anyone know how to make less chewable tevture? my bread is very soft and well grown, I'm using strong flour, milk powder, salt and yeast suagr as bread machine suggests, the results are really good and the loaves look lovely and I like the taste I have only annoying lol husband, so I would appreciate if someone can help me plz lol fussy center. I bake bread from scratch. I have not had a lot of bread machine bread, but bread I've had from a bread machine is not very good. I discovered that there were too many holes and not very tender. I spent my money on a sound assistant kitchen to make the most of the mixer. The rest is mostly waiting. The Kitchen Aid does much more too.
