Breadmaker Rye
I want to make wheat free bread in a breadmaker, I just change the flour?
And is that the soy flour that I need or is there another kind? I've heard rye bread talk, but said it was a bit on the heavy side so any other suggestions would be great.
rye flour and oatmeal can reduced with soy flour to lighten it can also treat multiple grains. yes it is just made in the same way, just change the flour.
