Breadmaker Roll Dough Recipe
How I can freeze homemade bread dough?
I'm making fresh bread in the bread machine and would like to double the recipe to freeze. (The baby is due in two weeks and I have been frozen meals to make life easier later.) The recipe says that after the machine Bread is done to allow the increase in mass for an hour, then bake. So that I can freeze before the increase in mass? Or later? Want to this? How And then, I can bake from frozen or I can let thaw: Thanks)
Freeze the dough before letting up. List form before freezing. When you want to cook, take out how many rolls you need. Place in a baking tray to thaw and grow as they thaw, then bake them. Congratulations for the baby!
