Breadmaker Quick Bread Recipe
Does anyone have any EASY recipes and gluten free ideas?
My husband was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and now has to be on a gluten-free diet. While we have breakfast and dinner are not to be too big a problem, we are struggling with the quick and easy meal (See box) ideas! The problem with most gluten free products we've tried is that they are: a) VERY expensive, and b) not very tasty Anyone! We a breadmaker and have made our own bread, but it is very dry and dense, and not entirely palatable ideas!?
