Never mind the distribution of wealth, how to extend the mass?
Well, I take the ball of dough in the bread machine and Gloop beepin things bacon fat in a greased cookie sheet. Then the struggle with the ground this damn memory ', trying to get it distributed in all directions in order to cover the floor of the shallow sheet (and some on the kitchen floor as well) in an even way. For several minutes it resembles a lunar landscape, with streams and hills and crater holes far as I can see the cookie sheet. I try to drag a "hill" of the mass to fill more of a crater, only to start really a fucking mess! How can this work be done more efficiently? Carrie> or just leave? T-hee, is not givin in such a short time. The suggestion layer of flour over the sounds useful.
To start I would like to take the dough and place on a floured board and put a little more flour on the top of dough. Then work the dough with your hands until viable then put on the sheet and pat out with hands.
