Does anyone have a good bread recepie? I mean for white bread. We are moving in a month and full of truth?

read white. We are moving in a month I can not find any of my cookbooks. Also, if you could answer me this? How do you get all of the crust of bread to go so smooth. Every time I make bread crust is as hard a rock! The interior goes well, but the rind is hard. Even when using the bread machine, but mine broke so I have to do it by hand. Thanks for your help.

Ingredients; 5 + cups bread flour 3 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons. salt 1 / 4 tsp. bicarbonate soda 1 package dry yeast (rapid rise, if possible) 1 cup water 1 cup buttermilk 1 / 3 cup milk 1 beaten egg, baking pans, cookie sheets, or 8 1 / 2 x 4 1 / 2 inch muffin cups (greased / Teflon) can warm milk. Water and butter in a sauce pan to 110 degrees F. look a little curdled, but not worry. A microwave oven can be used instead. Do not overheat – will kill the yeast y. By hand / mixer mix 2 cups, flour, sugar, salt, soda yeast. Add liquids and mix by hand for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup additional flour and stir until a thick paste (about 2 minutes). Add 1 cup additional flour, then pour on a table and start kneading. Add flour as needed to make a dough well. Knead for about 8 minutes:. By processor place 2 cups flour and sugar / salt / soda / yeast in Cuba working and pulse to mix. Add 1 / 2 of the liquid, and pulse to mix. Then add an additional cup of flour and pulse mix. Add flour and mix 1 cup plus pulse. Add flour in 1 / 2 cup increments until the dough forms a ball. Then knead for 45 seconds:. growing mass of balls out in a greased bowl and cover with saran wrap. Place in a warm place (80 to 100 F) and let rise until double in volume (1 hour with normal yeast, approximately 1 / 2 with a rapid rise). You should see the products of respiration in saran wrap in 5 minutes. If not, you killed yeast. Punch in the bowl, and divide in half. Place each half into a loaf pan in or on a cookie sheet. Cover with waxed paper and let rise for 45 minutes (1 / 2 hour with rapid rise). start preheating the oven 20 minutes (375 F) before the exit is made. Brush bread with beaten egg and bake 45 minutes. A bar hollow sound when you hit the bottom when finished. Cool on wire racks. To freeze: after cooling completely, wrap in a plastic bag. Remain frozen for up to two months:. Reheat / defrost out in an oven at 200 F for up to 20 minutes.
