Homemade bread recipe whole wheat flour, please?

I've been wanting to make the grain for a while (the old fashioned way, not a machine bread) and a plan to use whole wheat flour. I need a tried and true recipe, not a generic type of link allrecipes.com. You know, the recipe his grandmother and uses it perfectly every time, please! Thanks in advance! in That's what I say – a recipe that has been used successfully !!!!! Thanks, I have this cookbook!

I used the following recipe for cooks.com: Very good c.! 5 bread or bread flour 3 c. whole wheat flour 2 packages. active dry yeast 2 3 / 4 cup water 1 / 2 c. brown sugar 1 / 4 cup butter 1 tsp. Combine salt 3 1 / 2 cups bread flour and yeast in a bowl. Heat water, sugar, salt and butter in a saucepan to 115 hot, 120 degrees, stirring constantly to melt shortening. Pour into a bowl with flour and yeast. Beat at low speed by 1 / 2 minutes. Beat on medium to high speed for 3 minutes. Add the whole wheat flour and stir until blended. Add enough remaining flour to make moderately mass firm. Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl. Turn once to grease all surface. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Knock, are divided into two balls. Cover and let rest on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes. Form the loaves rolling bread jelly roll style, sealing dough is rolled. Pinch ends under. Place in greased bread pans, cover and let rise 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes two loaves.
