What is your favorite recipe to make in a breadmaker?
I used to use my bread machine only occasionally because it has no kind of excites me. Now, however, I found a couple of really good and have been baking bread almost every day for the last month or so. Do you have any recipes that I could add to my list? This is the recipe that started-found love of the family back to my bread fresh-Yummo! Steakhouse Wheat Bread … 1 1/2C water 2T Heat olive oil 1 / 2 C 1 teaspoon honey, salt 2tsp instant coffee 2T unsweetened cocoa powder, white sugar 2T (I miss the same sugar) bread flour 2C wheat, wheat flour, vital gluten 2tsp 2C 2T two-pound bread machine yeast-basic-cycle light bread crust I prefer to use the dough cycle and bake at 350 for 20 minutes (rolls) – 30 min (pan)
I rec'd. With my machine a recipe book that I will not part with. It is invaluable. If I do by the mix in the box is what I use.
