The smell of homemade bread, nothing beats
Homemade bread is the comfort food! There's nothing like the smell of delicious homemade bread. Even more so there's not much you can do with humble bread.
That's why I love bread makers. They have brought the production of bread to everyone. With most of them only you must add the ingredients in the correct order, press a button one is finished. Some bread makers are programmable so you can have the bread ready whenever you want without having to be there to start the process.
If you go into a store these days is a variety of different types of bread. That's beautiful, but I like make my own bread at home. I love to experiment with different combinations and have come up with a number of very tasty.
The recipe is actually my favorite easy. I begin with the usual bread recipe and then add grated cheese, the cheese must be a strong cheese, in South Africa that I use cheddar, but I know there where cheddar cheese is expensive. With the cheese I also add a little grated onion and some dried Italian herbs. It may sound simple, but believe me Tasty.
Other combinations I like the raisins and citrus peel glass, dried tomatoes and olives, chopped, cooked spinach and feta cheese and chopped Vienna sausages and cheese.
This is what is so great about a breadmaker. You can start with basic recipes that offer all brochures and once you've mastered you can start experimenting. Most bread makers have very clear guidelines you can follow to ensure that their bread is a success and whether it should have an outcome that is not completely to your liking, most of the leaflets of a chapter on troubleshooting so you can see what the possible reasons for your problem are.
So the next time you want to eat tasty, fresh homemade bread, give it a breadmaker a thought. They are not as expensive as people may think and they are all very easy to operate.
