Cinnamon bread in a breadmaker
I live in Canada and on a recent trip to the U.S., I found some delicious cinnamon bun prepared by Pepperidge Farm. My 10 months son of wanted to have it for breakfast. Well, now the bread is all gone and I can not find anywhere here … or even any type of cinnamon bun, no period of raisins! I have a breadmaker, so I'm looking for a recipe that would be appropriate to do there. If you have recipes I've proven to yourself and like to please, since no … just search on yahoo, I've done just that. Thanks!
You can simply white bread in your bread machine and add a teaspoon. cinnamon to the flour mixture or you could make only the mass phase, roll into a rectangle, spread with butter and cinnamon rolls, put into a mold and bake as usual.
