Bread Maker Pretzels
Make rolls with the dough cycle on bread machine?
I have a question about using the dough cycle on my bread machine. bread machine hardcover My 1hr 30min cycle. Mix 1:30 to 1:10, and then rises from 1:10 to 50, are placed under pressure, and rises again from: 50 to: 00. My question is about using the dough cycle to make muffins, crackers, or any recipe that calls for the dough to be broken into pieces and allowed to rise again before baking. When what something like this, I take the dough after the first rise and punch down (in: 50), separately, and let rise in a matter of time suggests the recipe out of the breadmaker? Or I can allow it to run the whole 1:30 and then allow to rise for the third time in the form outside-making machine bread? I hope that makes sense. Thanks for your help.
I can use my bread machine all the time to make rolls. Let it run the full cycle for the masses. Then take the dough and squeeze their rolls and make room. Works great.
